The Eyes Have It

I’m testing out some different eye techniques on 2 x 3 canvas. The eyes are one of the most difficult things for me to get right when using acrylics. 

First I went for the normal sparkly look.

Meh.

Then I tried a close up of someone crying.

And then I thought, I should paint vampire eyes.

Lets face it, vampires rock. Oh, and of course the vampire should be crying blood instead of normal tears.  Because, you know, there are simply not enough paintings out there of vampires shedding tears of blood.

So, here you go..

One more vampire crying tears of blood.
